Uçhisar Castle is one of the largest and most beautiful fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. Uçhisar, located in the Nevşehir province, is only 5 kilometers away from the center of Cappadocia. From the top of the castle, you can see many important points such as the Pigeon Valley, Ortahisar Castle, and Göreme Open Air Museum. How to get to Uçhisar Castle?

It is quite easy to reach Uçhisar Castle. You can reach the area where the castle is located from the city center of Nevşehir with various means of transportation. If you are traveling by car, following the road from Nevşehir towards Uçhisar is sufficient. You can also reach Uçhisar by bus or dolmuş (shared taxi). You can take dolmuşes departing from Göreme or Nevşehir city center to Uçhisar.
